Angela, the Ant
Angela was an ant who acted on the Stage
And Angela's one-ant show,
became the Ant-hill theatre rage.

She stood there in the centre,
Beneath the bright spotlight,
and soliliqued from shakespeare,
to the public's great delight.

 She created Desdemona,
in a daring Evening Gown,
and her joyful Juliette,
nearly brought the whole house down.

She also did Lady McBeth
and did Electra too,
and her Evil Elvira Ant,
made the public boo.

Her acrobatic Antics,
when she did comic scenes,
Made the other insects split their sides,
With snickerings and squeels.

But the height of her performance,
was when she did embark,
to create quite single-handedly,
a viscious cruel Ardvark.
