Soulbrothers & soulsisters, some of you have wondered about how my move went and have asked me on my GVine. Well, I am happy to be back in my own appt on the Good ol' rue de Meaux. I am still surrounded by cardboard boxes, and I am sharing the space with a young NewYorker who used to be my tenant. Colin, is a 19 yr old from Buffalo, NY who came to Paris to follow his dream and study music and The FM Alexander technique with my Friend and guide (Pedro DeAlcantara) . Colin is an intelligent and interesting young man and he and I have got to know each other over the past few months. He has kindly used his organisational skills and patience, to help smoothen my path to recovery and our space-sharing has begun well and promises to be mutually beneficial and rewarding.
Of Course, only time will tell , as to the ultimate outcome of this sharing, but it seems promising and we both have alot to teach/learn from each other.

Last night, Wednesday, I went to visit my friends Conor and Judy( an irish couple living one hour outside Paris), for a pre-christmas meal/get-together. Their 3 kids were also present ( Louis, Lux and Ruby) and we were joined by Mutual friends ( Lee de Long, Christian & Jeff Ericson) and an irish actress called Elaine ( Judy and Connor are a director & actor team & Chris & Lee are both actors, Jeff is an artist, sculptor, and the highspot of the evening was when Lux & Ruby lip-synched several numbers and dansed to High school Musical
We had a sumptious meal of stuffed quail, pea & corriander soup, mashed spuds, and a glorious desert of whipped cream, blueberries, blackberries and homemade shortbread cookies, arranged like butterfly wings. I will not even mention the sumptious beverages which were served, and the stimulating & nourishing conversation that was had by all. ARE YOU ENVIOUS YET?
M
happy holidays all,
