The backward race
I smile & laugh, I sing & dance,
So the tears will not flow,
it's my last chance,
But, I for now am the only one to know,
that the end is fast approaching at the end of life

The people who stand , and cannot understand,
Should I tell them or should I close my mouth?
Inside, I keep all that which can't come out,
I laugh & sing, so I won't scream & shout,
Alone, to face, the great adventure of the Human Race,
Who can go slowest?
Who'll be the last to cross the finish line,
Time will tell,
that most worthy friend of mine.

I am now a sprinter in this race,
against the clock,
And will surpass the worst,
 it's oh so true,
The last will be first and first will be last,
I'm going to lose
so I can be the one
 who won
I'm now just oh so much faster than you

We spend our lives in this backward race, the slowest pace is set by he wo'l win,
 I know now I am not to be
the winner of this race,
the last one in

Randolph the reindeer ©
Randolph was a rein deer,
who lived quite long ago,
in a Country way up north
where there is always lots of §now.

He liked to go out skiing
& loved o build §nowdeer,
he was a happy fellow,
alway§ full of joy and che

 One Day, he was out in the §now
or §o the story's told
and he §tayed out just a while too long
§o of cour§e he caught a cold.
§
His temperature was very high,
as he lay in his bed
Hs bones, they ached,
he sneezed & coughed,
his nosewas raw and red.

But being a brave and helpful lad,

when Christmas eve drew nigh,
he waited with the others,
until Santa Clause came by
